This Somatic Spaceholding package is in service to your nervous system and your business! Over four 1 hour sessions, we can work through:
🧺 Resourcing and supporting yourself in your work through somatic practices you can embody every day (or whenever you need them)
🚪 Embodying boundaries for you and your clients (at the same time, even)
📓 Trauma-Informed business practices like sales pages, communication and pricing
🙃 Exploring any emotional components of being in business and service (because whew we know they exist and you don’t need to feel through them alone!)
Imagine feeling supported in your struggles, and having a weekly or bi-weekly anchor to lean on. When the hard stuff comes up, or you have something to celebrate, you’ll know you can bring it to our sessions. And, you can reach out via e-mail in between if things come up!

Sliding scale rates:
➝ $500 for four sessions | $125 per session | for folks with access to expendable or stable income
➝ $450 for four sessions | $112.50 per session | for folks with limited to expendable or stable income
➝ $400 for four sessions | $100 per session | for folks with limited access to cash, funds, housing security, etc.
You can choose where you fall on the sliding scale. I don’t ask for proof, just for clients to self-select the rate that is within their means.
