Hi, I’m Jess (she/they), LMT, SEP, SSP!

I’m here to offer Somatic Experiencing® sessions, the Safe & Sound Protocol, and trauma-informed visibility and business coaching without spiritual bypassing or denying collective trauma.

I adore holding space for my clients and the stories their bodies and nervous systems are telling.

Especially folks experiencing complex trauma, chronic pain and neurocomplexity, who don’t always feel held or helped in mainstream healing spaces.

Trauma-informed care is anti-oppressive.

Body based healing is for all bodies.

Guru mentalities are out, empowered clients are in.
