Nervous system and business growth will be supported through:

Twice monthly Somatic Coaching Circles (bring the places you feel scared, stuck and xxx and we’ll explore using Somatic Experiencing and Trauma Sensitive Business Strategy)

Monthly Co-Regulation and Co-Working Calls (because you don’t need another thing to do, you need space and support to check to-dos off your already-too-long list!)

Monthly 1:1 Somatic Session with Jess, where you can explore and re-shape your nervous system patterns in real time, and/or bring business challenges.

Slack space for connection, community and accountability. No tough love, but I will be hanging out Tuesday-Thursday and answering questions, offering feedback, sharing dog photos and memes, and hosting gentle sprints and challenges.
